Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis unit MDGE-1A is a basket style electrophoresis unit designed to accommodate 200 x 200 mm glass plate for improved resolution. Built in mini buffer recirculation pump and heat sensor facilitates precise temperature control within ± 5 °C. It includes power supply and temperature control probe with safety cover to avoid accidental damage of the unit.
